Yesterday (18 July 2018) a memorial service for Verderer Peter Adams MBE, who died in April, was held at the beautiful church of St John the Baptist, Epping.
Attended by more than 200 people, it included contributions from family members, friends, representatives of the City of London and Epping Forest volunteers. Those who attended felt that it provided a very fitting tribute to a great naturalist and champion of the Forest.
