Come to the Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Wanstead Parklands.
The Friends’ AGM this year will be taking place on:
Wednesday 25 February, at Wanstead Cricket Club, Overton Drive, Wanstead, E11 2LW, starting at 7:30.
The meeting will begin with the election of the group’s committee for the coming year. The business part of the meeting, which is expected to be quite short, will be followed by a presentation by Wanstead Park Project Manager Peter Wilkinson.
The evening is open to non-members, so please feel free to bring friends, neighbours or family members who you feel may be interested in the park or the work of the Friends.
Refreshments will be available – there is a bar that also serves teas and coffees.
